Product delivery method and timing
After the completion of the payment procedures, you will be able to display the admission QR code from the purchase completion screen or the URL stated in the purchase completion notification email.
You will be granted admission to the venue upon having had the admission QR code scanned by a member of our reception staff at the venue entrance using the dedicated scanner.

Cancellations and returns
We are unable to accept cancellations and returns after purchase.
*Please note that a cooling-off period shall not apply for the tickets offered on this service.
Please note that in the event of the Museum being closed or an exhibition being canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be provided to applicants at the Foundation’s discretion.
However, refunds will not be granted if the application number stated on the purchase completion screen or in the purchase completion notification email cannot be presented, or if the purchase history cannot be confirmed from the information provided by the customer.In addition, in the case of distributable tickets, we are unable to offer refunds to the recipients of these (other than the applicant) but are able to offer refunds to the applicant.
Refunds may take around three to four weeks to process.
